How do I save a Query File from a Rio Pro?

Here are the steps to Query a Rio Pro printer and save the Query File:
  1. Open the Printer Properties window (This can be found by right clicking on the printer in the "Devices and Printers" menu inside the Control Panel)
  2. Select the "Tools" tab
  3. Click on "Query"
  4. Click on "Save" (This will allow you to save the query to a text file that you can email or submit for technical assistance)
