How do I fix the retransfer film peeling off cards?

Fixing issue with retransfer film peeling off card:
  1. Set the transfer temp offset to 0 (zero)
    Printing preferences > Tool Box > Advanced settings
  2. Set the film transfer cooling level to 4
    Printing preferences > Tool Box > Advanced settings
NOTE: AFTER ALL THESE SETTINGS HAVE BEEN ADJUSTED, MAKE SURE TO REBOOT (Cycle power) THE PRINTER IN ORDER FOR THE SETTINGS TO TAKE AFFECT.
